Casa Dela is situated in the Algarve region known as the Bemposta area, very popular for golfing, diving, fishing and most outdoor pursuits. Bemposta area is quiet and relaxing, yet only minutes away from the thriving port of Portimão and the picturesque town of Alvor, with its pretty marina. For those looking to explore, Casa Dela will make the perfect base from which to discover the Western Algarve with its numerous coastal and mountain villages and experience the Portuguese way of life. The historic port of Lagos is just 25km away, with it's cobbled streets, modern marina, colourful open air and covered markets, lively bars, and restaurants serving both local and international cuisine, however if you are looking for a more relaxed holiday then the beautiful Praia Do Vau beach is one amongst many along the coastline where you can sunbathe or sample some freshly caught fish or simply relax with a drink.
The interior accommodation is well fitted and comfortably furnished for year-round rentals, comprising:
Good size kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven and hob, Living/dining room with open fire and doors opening on to patio and garden area; Double bedroom, Twin bedded room; Double bedroom; Full bathroom with bath/shower, bidet, WC and wash hand basin; Linen and household towels are provided; there is a comprehensive folder available in the villa to help you get the most out of your stay. The villa ideally sleeps 6, but 4 extra people can be accommodated on the 2 sofa beds in the living room. Externally, there is a small garden with BBQ and washing line.
Your holiday home shall be cleaned and the beds prepared prior to your arrival and bed linen and towels are changed once weekly, free of charge. Rainbow Property Services offer a reasonable rental service for things such as cots, highchairs, TVs, DVDs, mobile phones etc. should they be required during your stay.
The journey from Faro airport takes approximately 50 minutes by car. Just follow the signs to Portimão, however full directions will be supplied on booking. There are numerous car hire companies at the airport and we can recommend some to you – pre-booking is recommended in high season. Alternatively, a taxi from the airport costs approximately 70 euros and car hire can be arranged in Portimão.
